Most of our ready-made items are on their way to you within 3–5 working days. Some special ranges or designs may take a little longer (up to 10–14 working days), but we promise they’re worth the wait.

Please note: Each rug is custom-made with care, so returns are only accepted if there is a fault. Should you need to report an issue, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and return the rug in its original packaging.
